The taste is very good! My personal favorite is the pineapple one! They work though and keep us hydrated! They are all little pricey but totally worth it! Easy to mix up! The taste is strong and so is the smell so i tend to split the packet between different bottles

Oct 25, 2024. I was informed I drank a little too much water and needed to add electrolytes.I requested an assortment so I could choose what I liked. I found all flavors quite palatable.This assortment includes energy and immune system drinks. Still, I tried all. I call them good.Please be sure you know what you are ordering.The packet's top has a narrow area so you can put the mix into a water bottle. The bottom does not. If you want to dump it in and have the wider mouth, cut the bottom off,

I love using Liquid IV however I only just started using it and was unsure what flavors to go with. I thought a variety pack would be the best way to go about finding which one I like best. However this variety pack only has 4 flavors. I guess I should have read better and that's on me but I know they have many many more flavors than that. It also came in a clear zip lock bag with a red sticker that's says do not separate. This seems like a weird thing to me when the typical package is much different. Other wise it was a good purchase and does help me when I am dehydrated. They also taste pretty good.

OK... I thought I was being so smart and preparing for high temps in FL in June, a lot of walking, and a lot of sweating. I had NO idea what we were really in for. All of us were literally downing 7-8 40oz water bottles a day and barely going to the bathroom I genuinely feel that the Liquid IV helped immensely, and we all made it through each day feeling perfectly fine. We added it to every other water bottle or so... and though we were diluting it more than the recommended 16oz, the flavor stayed strong, and they were so easy to pack a few in a cargo pocket. I have absolutely no complaints about the Liquid IV packets at all!My only complaint about this specific order though, is that it was supposed to be 4 flavors to try.... and we only got 3. looks like instead of 4 of each, we got 0 lemon-lime and 8 strawberry. But honestly, strawberry ended up being our favorite, so even that isn't really a complaint.

I love these Liquid IV's. We traveled to Australia and Bali and I took these with me so we could stay hydrated on the long flights. They are easy to keep in a bag or purse and you can just dump them in a bottle of water. I also like that there were multiple flavors in the pack so you get a variety. Love these!

These were a good price and I liked the variety. They are obviously repackaged, though. I got mine loose in a clear plastic bag. One had broken open and there was liquid IV powder all over.
