- Where We Ship From
- All products listed on BOLO are sourced from verified sellers, authorized distributors or directly from the manufacturer and delivered to your doorstep in Bahrain with no import formalities or extra fees required from you.
- Availability
- Product availability is based on live data from our sellers.
- Occasionally, stock levels may change between the time you add an item to your cart and when your order is confirmed.
- If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, that item will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Product pages are always updated with the latest stock information.
- Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- We process and purchase all confirmed orders from sellers within 1-2 business days, with a cutoff time of 6:00 PM GST.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Times
- Most items are dispatched by our sellers and arrive at our regional hubs within 2–5 business days.
- Once received at our US/UK/India hub, international transit to our UAE logistics centre typically takes 3–5 business days
- Delivery Times
- As soon as your order reaches our UAE logistics centre, it is packed and handed over to our courier partners the same day.
- Estimated local delivery times are 1–2 business days
- Typical total delivery times are 7–14 business days.
- If the courier cannot reach you, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made before the order is returned to our facility.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
- Shipping & Delivery Costs
- All international shipping charges from the US/UK/India are included in the product price.
- There are no hidden or additional import charges at checkout.
- Local delivery fees are as follows:
- Orders of BHD 20.00 or more: Free delivery
- Orders below BHD 20.00: BHD 2.00 delivery fee
- Delivery fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged, delayed, or not as advertised.
- Order Tracking
- You can track your order anytime from your BOLO account order details page.
- Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification containing:
- The courier’s name
- Tracking number
- Link to real-time tracking
- Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver all across Bahrain.
- Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on courier accessibility.
- Delayed or Missed Deliveries
- If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our facility and processed according to our Returns Policy.
