- Payments are authorized securely at the time of checkout through our trusted payment partners.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully authorized.
- If your payment cannot be authorized, your order will not be completed. Please ensure your card details are correct and that sufficient funds are available.
- If an order is cancelled before being processed and shipped out by the seller, the authorized amount will be released back to your original payment method.
- Authorization holds that are released when an order has been cancelled will immediately reflect in your original payment balance
- The authorized payment amount will only be captured once all items in your order have been processed and shipped out by the seller.
- Any cancellations to order/item(s) in an order made after being shipped out by the seller will go through the refunds process.
- Refunds
- Refunds are requested from the orders tab in the user profile page.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If your original payment method cannot accept a refund (for example, if the card is blocked or has expired), the refund will be processed via bank transfer, and all transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
- Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days after the return or cancellation is confirmed.

- Taxes and Currency
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- If your order involves international payment, your card issuer may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Security Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store or have access to full card information. All payments are handled through PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways to ensure maximum data security.
