BOLO Returns & Warranty Policy
- Returns Overview
- BOLO accepts returns within 14 days from the date you receive your item(s).
- Free Returns
- If your item arrives damaged, delayed, or not as advertised, you are eligible for a free return. Simply submit a return request and we’ll handle the rest.
- Change of Mind Returns
- If you no longer want an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
- In such cases, the following charges will apply:
- Return shipping fee: BHD 2.00
- Delivery fees from the original order (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, delayed, or not as advertised.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original retail packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, delayed, or not as advertised.
- These include:
- Used or perishable goods, food, and consumable products
- Items not in their original retail packaging
- Products sealed for health protection or hygiene once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, personal care, etc.)
- Undergarments, once unsealed
- Sealed audio/video recordings, video games, or software once unsealed
- Any products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- How to Request a Return
- You can request a return in two easy ways:
- Through your Account Dashboard → Orders → Returns/Exchanges
- By contacting Customer Support.
- A return label will be emailed to you.
- Please affix it to the original delivery box.
- Our courier will collect the package on the next working day.
- Return Inspection & Refunds
- All returned items are inspected before processing refunds.
- If you provide photos of damaged, delayed, or mis advertised goods during your refund request, we may issue an immediate refund. In such cases, you may be instructed to dispose of or keep the item.
- If you wish to return an order that’s already out for delivery, you may refuse delivery at the door.
- If the refusal is due to a delayed order, you’ll receive a full refund once the item returns to our UAE facility.
- In all other cases, a return delivery fee of BHD 2.00 will apply, and no refund will be provided for any delivery fee on the order (where applicable).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after return approval.
- Warranty & Exchanges
- In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or handling issue, BOLO will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
- Some products include a manufacturer warranty. If your item doesn’t function as intended:

- We’ll guide you through the warranty claim process based on the manufacturer’s terms.
- When a warranty return is required:
- A free return label will be provided.
- Any replacement parts or items supplied under warranty will be delivered at no cost to you.
- Important Notes
- All products come with the standard manufacturer warranty, unless stated otherwise.
- BOLO covers all shipping costs for valid warranty-related returns.
- Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.
