By accessing or using bolo.bh (the “Website”) and its related services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website.     bolo.bh (“Bolo”) is operated by Encoded General Trading LLC, located in the United Arab Emirates. Bolo provides customers in Bahrain with access to a large vareity of authentic products sourced from reputable sellers, authorized retailers or directly from the manufacturer. While products are supplied internationally, Bolo fully manages the ordering, payment, import, and local delivery process — so customers can shop globally while enjoying a local experience.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using bolo.bh, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our associated Policies, including Delivery Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy, Payments Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  3. Our Relationship With You
    bolo.bh is owned and operated by Encoded General Trading LLC, a UAE-registered company. When you place an order through our Website, your purchase contract is with Encoded General Trading LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
    Bolo sources products from verified global suppliers, but Bolo is solely responsible for the customer relationship, including order processing, payment handling, import clearance, delivery, returns, warranty, and after-sales support.
    All prices displayed on bolo.bh are shown in BHD and include applicable import duties, taxes, and handling costs unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden fees or subscription charges. By ordering from bolo.bh, you agree that Encoded General Trading LLC is your direct contracting party and primary point of contact for all order-related matters.
  4. Account Registration
    You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
  5. Product Information
    We make every effort to ensure that product information, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. Product data originates from authorized suppliers and brand partners. Minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur due to regional differences. Bolo guarantees that all items sold on the Website are new, authentic, and as described.
  6. Pricing and Payments
    All prices are listed in BHD and include applicable VAT and import duties. Payment options include major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB) and Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Tabby. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store full card details.
  7. Order Acceptance and Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders will be refunded to your original payment method. Customers may cancel orders prior to shipment; once dispatched, cancellations must follow the Returns Policy.
  8. Delivery
    Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM GST are processed the same business day. Later orders, or those placed on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day. Typical total delivery time: 7–14 business days. Details are outlined in the Delivery Policy.
  9. Returns and Warranty
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Free returns apply to items that are damaged, delayed, or not as advertised. For change-of-mind returns, a flat BHD 2.00 return shipping fee applies. Delivery fees on orders (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, delayed, or not as advertised.
  10. Authenticity Guarantee
    All items sold on bolo.bh are guaranteed authentic and new. We source only from verified, trusted suppliers. Any counterfeit or used product qualifies for a full refund or replacement.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
  12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
