Sonia Haria has written a book that is filled with advice for all different parts of beauty including skincare, hair care and makeup and all beautifully intertwined with personal stories and inspirations. The visual guides are aesthetically beautiful and provide a quick guide to refer to. My favourite is a chapter on Ayurveda that gives simple easy ways to practice centuries-old traditions as part of our busy lives today. A universal book that can be read by everyone and gives insights into beauty and traditions from South Asia!

This is such a beautiful book. So many relatable topics that have been covered, and it was such an enjoyable read. I loved all of the hints and tips that have been shared... I will definitely be trying some of those! A true must-have in your book collection!!
