Every recipe that Ravneet writes is thoroughly tested and researched - and this is no different. I've not made anything of hers that didn't work. This book is an absolute stunner and there are some great twists on classics in there amongst some new and delicious show-stoppers and ideas for foodie gifts. Definitely one to add to your bookshelf! It sat on my bedside for a while too as I pored over what I wanted to make, it's just so pretty.

I have bought all Ravneet’s books. This third one is by far the simplest to follow and the results are amazing every time. The other two have really upscaled my baking and this one really lets the skills shine. Love love love it. A staple in my collection. She is a gift, protect Arab at all costs!!

The book is super bright and colourful, and each recipe has a photo. All the recipes are things you’d want to bake for celebrations and occasions, such as churros, pecan pie and sausage rolls. It’s so bright and fun to read, I love it so much! Abigail

If I can't get Ravneet Gill to be my own personal Baker then this is the next best thing. This is baking made easy and not just for the amazing recipes but I love the terminology breakdown between the UK and the US. I have googled "what is all-purpose flour?" so many times but no longer.Rav has a way of explaining without patronising and I love her little commentaries at the start of each recipe.Quite simply I can not recommend high enough ❤️

This was a gift for my 14 year old daughter who loves to bake. She has already successfully made quite a few recipes by herself and with friends. All I can say is, the creations are devoured as soon as they are out of the oven. The recipes are beautiful and really fun for a somewhat experienced baker.
