Piano Time Accompaniments contains piano parts to accompany a selection of 40 pieces from Piano Time 1 (Third Edition). The varied accompaniments are ideal for a teacher, parent, or more advanced student, creating a fun duet that both supports the learner and encourages the skill of ensemble playing. The simple accompaniments are often notated on a single stave in treble or bass clef, and all are playable on one keyboard, above or below the pupil part. A great teaching tool, they also enhance the playing experience for learners just starting out, making the pieces ideal for first concerts as well as playing at home and in lessons.

About the Author

Pauline Hall graduated from the Royal Academy of Music and then taught in schools and privately. Whilst living and teaching in Harrogate she felt the need for a piano tutor that made learning fun, and which progressed at the pace of her slowest learner. She started by writing little tunes in pupils' notebooks, and these formed the basis of Tunes for Ten Fingers; the Piano Time series developed from this.
