5.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive and well written book
This book has superceded my expectations. The illustrations are clear and large. The techniques are all grouped together allowing you to compare different ways to do for example, increases and decreases and such like. I feel this will be my go to book from now on and all others are history!
5.0 out of 5 stars This book is a treasure! So much knitting knowledge and tips!
I bought this to replace the returned copy of the Vogue knitting dictionary (felt that was more for the knitting designers), but this knitting book is perfect for the seasoned 60+ years young knitter and still enjoys learning new things including stitches, styles all with step-by-step techniques. All 250 of them!!! The knitted toys section is so timely for me and so detailed. As all knitters know what it's like when you have bundles of leftover yarn and can't keep just stashing it away. So mine are being allocated to a knitted toys projects.Never heard of 'arm knitting' before and that's intriguing!! Something new to try. At a glance, it reminded me of cat's cradle but using your arms instead! ha! ha!This is an amazing detailed well-written book for the novice and experienced knitter and highly recommend.

Great Book To Have No Matter The Experience Level
I’m a very experienced Knitter I’ve been knitting for many many years and there ain’t nothing I can’t knit. This is an excellent resource book to have even for the experienced like myself. Has great pictures and diagrams. This is by far the best knitting book I’ve ran across yet. Sometimes I’ll forget a certain method and this is a nice reference book anytime you need a refresher. Nicely well organized and user friendly. If you’re a beginner knitter this book is a must have.
