Would not have passed my diploma without this book! Many of the questions in the diploma are very vague. 99% of the time this book breaks down exactly what is being asked of you and gives plenty of example cases to draw information from and ideas of how you can capture evidence for your folder. At first I thought it was a rip off but upon reading and working through questions it became clear that this book is incredibly useful and cleverly laid out into sections so you can dip in and out of the specific unit sections.

The book is great! It has really helped with the use I needed it for. However the book came and it has rips around the pages and also on the spine, for being £30 I expected a bit more care when delivering it.

It was suggested that I buy this by my tutor for help with the teaching assistant course I am currently doing. I don't know how I can do my work without it! It explains each unit clearly and is a great help in answering my questions. We have been given examples to work on which are straight out of the book! If you're unsure of anything you can guarantee that the answer is in the book. Buy it now, you will find your coursework much more manageable!

This book was a great help when completing my level 3 course

5.0 out of 5 stars Would recommend it to anyone doing the diploma course

Used for a level 2/3 teachimg assistant diploma course I was on at school. The chapters are clearly set out and helped with answering the units, which to be quite honest I sometimes struggled with as the wording was often not clear. Would recommend it to anyone doing the diploma course. It also has aspects of childcare in it. I passed my course, which was partly due o this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars GOOD REFERENCE BOOK

Bought this one (primary) and the secondary one too. Not much difference between the two content wise. Good source of information and both books help clarify some if my daughter's course assignment content.

Worth buying

Very informative. Pity it only has 10 of the 41 optional modules in it.
