A must-read for children and a helpful approach for adults to learn and teach to others. Should be in every school library to teach how to win, how to lose, and the fun of playing the game with others. Appealing illustrations enhance and support the down-to-earth concepts. A valuable contribution to children's literature!

This book is a great tool to use with my kids or students. It helps them to focus on the positive and learn strategies to help them move past the situation and accept failure, this is a great lesson for kids to learn.

I read this story to my granddaughter in the car on the way to the airport. It is a very well laid out story of a boy who couldn't stand to lose a game. I found the story to be helpful in teaching children how to overcome those feelings and to enjoy playing games with one another whether they win or lose. I also found I could apply the concepts in this story to help with feelings of frustrations for both children and adults. I would recommend this book for everyone to read. Well done.

I love how the story is relatable for children and it steps you through useful strategies in a storytelling way that can be applied in real life. As a Prep teacher, this could really help as a teaching tool in my classroom!
