We love Pinch of Nom. I have all of their books. Great recipes, you don't feel like you're on a diet when you can eat every day recipes. There's recipes to suit everyones tastes and age groups. All the families can eat these recipes. It's not obvious diet food, just healthy, so even children can tuck in. I was so pleased when I saw they were doing an airfyer book. Lots of great photographs of the recipes. All recipes are easy to follow. As always these books are Great value.

I have every Pinch of Nom cookery book and I love them all. I lost loads of weight by following their recipes and they are all absolutely delicious. I’ve literally made hundreds of their meals and never had a bad one yet.This book is the usual gorgeous photos tempting you to try the recipes. There are 7 lovely and heart breakfast dishes. There are over 30 dinner recipes as well as loads for sides, and lunches. 11 dessert recipes are included for a wee treat. All instructions are easy but precise with typical Pinch of Nom descriptions. I love that Pinch of Nom doesn’t seem like a diet and their food is always very comforting. This book has some delicious sounding recipes. But what makes this even better is the quickness and ease of cooking due to the airfryer. There is also loads of advice about how to use your air fryer effectively.Overall I love this book as all my Pinch of Nom books. I can’t wait to use the recipes and enjoy the health benefits their way of eating affords me.

Thoroughly impressed by the amount of varied recipes and there isn't one I wouldn't try!Really looking forward to trying these and would definitely buy another air fryer recipe book from Pinch of Nom.I sent a few pics of the food within to family and friends, they're now buying one too!Highly recommend, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

So, I bought this book just for the cinnamon bun recipe. I'm a cinnamon bun addict (hello Tesco cinnamon bun tear and share!). But having now lost 45lbs and wanting to lose another 20 more, I realised I would have to relegate the cinnamon buns to very special occasions at 300kcal a piece and not being able to stop at 1.So I bought this book, I have all the other PON books but I don't like artificial sweeteners so I don't use them that often. I made the cinnamon bun recipe with proper sugar instead of sweetener and made a faux cream cheese icing with Greek yog, sugar and vanilla. They still came out at only 160kcal per bun. No one in the family could tell the difference they were amazing! Gooey, cinnamony goodness that tasted like my old favourite. I will be making this recipe every weekend now. They also take a lot less time to make than the original recipes which need proving for hours.My family scoffed the lot and couldn't tell the difference, even my fussy 5 year old. I would say these taste so un-diet-y that I would even make them for Christmas.So yes, I have based my whole review on recipe, but I have now created next week's meal plan on this book so I look forward to more tasty delights!
