I read Chantal’s last book, which really spoke to me, so I actually wasn’t sure if I would get as much out of this one… luckily I was wrong!!! It is completely amazing. Easy to read as it’s full of humour and real life situations that you can really connect with. That’s what I love about Chantal’s style of writing, it’s so relatable and you get that real ‘lightbulb’ moment, which just makes everything fall into place so effortlessly… Enjoy x

I loved reading this book! It has transformed my approach to processing my emotions in such a helpful way! I am now more mindful and calmer as a result of the ideas that Chantal so articulately presents. It is already having a noticeably positive impact on my relationships. I love the way that Chantal has made her book so accessible, with lots of pictures and the punchy 'in essence' summary sections at the end of each chapter. A book from one of the best in coaching
Chantal Burns is by far one of the most skilled communicators of principle-based coaching. She is undoubtedly in a class with Michael Neill, Jamie Smart and Steve Chandler in relation to the ability to convey knowledge and experience in a theoretical, but even more important – in a practical way.She also tackles some of the most important topics in coaching and self-development. In her latest book "Bulletproof" she does the same as she did in the first book "Instant motivation". She takes hold of something that most people are looking for, resilience and motivation. And she does it brilliantly!
When you know you're bulletproof you're free to do what ever you want without fear.
In Bulletproof, Chantal Burns is pointing to our capacity for resilience and mental well-being. Over and over again, story after story, and I finally get it. We ARE bulletproof. When I start each day knowing I'm bulletproof I can venture into scary places, stretch myself, go for big goals and no matter the results, I'm fine. I always have been and always will be. So are you and so if everyone else. Read this book and you'll know just might get a glimpse of the truth of it.
Esoteric and not helpful
I don’t understand where the 5 star ratings come from. This book is a combination of new age and kitchen psychology. The author is not a psychologist or mental health advisor but a business consultant. It is based on 3 „principles“: „Universal Mind“, „Universal Thought“ and „Universal Consciousness“. There are only a few use cases included which do not explain anything. There is no real advice to be found. If this had been part of the description and the table of contents, I just would not have bought this book. This is misleading and I regret the waste of time and money. There are many good self-help books here on Bolo but this is not one of them.
Finished it in one read!
Most of us are taught to believe that any accomplishment, such as overcoming an illness, or building a business takes time, struggle, money, and some grit. What if it is only your thinking stopping you. A thought change and poof, like magic, you're free. Her first book is in my top five, to read annually. I discovered something about consciousness I had never put together before reading this. Buy the book.
