About the Author
Pam Brandon is the author of 20 Disney cookbooks, including the "2017 Disney Festivals Coast to Coast," on bookshelves in August, and "Delicious Disney" with recipes from Disneyland Park, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Aulani, on bookshelves in late 2018. Brandon also is a food writer for the Disney Parks Blog. She began her career as a senior publicist for Walt Disney World Resort in 1987 and has worked on public relations' food & beverage projects for Disney parks around the globe for the last 20 years, including the opening of Shanghai Disney. She also was a contributing editor to the Disney Birnbaum guidebooks for more than 10 years. Beyond Disney, she is the co-author of "Culinary Confessions of the PTA Divas" and two Florida cookbooks, the award-winning "Field to Feast, Recipes Celebrating Florida's Farmers, Chefs and Artisans" and "Good Catch, Recipes & Stories Celebrating the Best of Florida's Waters." She also is managing editor of Edible Orlando magazine. Brandon resides in Winter Park, Fla.

This book is just what I expected and the recipes are amazing. However, it arrived with about half the pages “kinked” in the top corner. This can’t have happened in transit, so it was knowingly sent damaged. The book is still useable and still a delight, and will still be gifted to my wife this Christmas, as she’ll be fine with a bit of damage, but if I was passing to anyone else I’d have to send it back. I can’t give the product 5 stars on that basis. Shouldn’t send out a product if in less than excellent condition.

This book is mostly drinks, starters and dessert. Real lack of main dishes. In fact at the section for animal Kingdom there are only 2 main dishes and then a recipe for bbq sauce with no dish to serve it on. If you want a book of cocktails and sweet treats this is the book for you but if you are looking to cook some nice meals don't bother

So this is a great book some of the recipes are great and easy to follow but as it is american some of the measurements make no sense and some of the ingredients dont exist in the uk so have to find an alternative which alters the flavour
Perfect gift for a Disney fan!
Lots of popular Disney parks recipes. Book is great quality and recipes are easy to follow. So far we’ve only made one recipe but it turned out just like it is in the park!

One thing I know when I have previously visited the Disney parks (and hope to in the future), is that most of the food is memorable. I make sure I pre-order every single Disney Parks cookbook for this reason, and this one does not disappoint. Maybe there was a meal you wanted to enjoy, but couldn't fit it in on your vacation, or there was a meal you can't forget about, and need it at home, too.The recipes are easy, and haven't disappointed yet. My husband who hates chili, loved Walt's recipe! The Brown Derby Cobb Salad is a staple, and the charred corn chowder is rich and delicious, for just a few recipes I've made from this book. I have many more saved for later!There may be some recipes that have ingredients I wasn't able to readily find in my local Publix, since chicory leaves didn't have a place on the shelf. But, overall, the recipes have easy to follow directions, and many beautiful pictures.If you love to cook, and a Disney fan, this 100% belongs on your shelf! I will continue to come back to it over and over.
