Perfect for teaching cursive and improving handwriting. All my children are engaging with these books and I'm seeing a difference in just a few months in their neatness, ability and confidence.

I really like this book. My son is in year 3, but only just turned seven and he is struggling to write neatly, especially when attempting to join. But exercise books that focus purely on the handwriting practice are quite boring for him. This workbook merges practicing handwriting with a bit of grammar/spelling/word formation making it a bit more intellectually challenging. It may mean that there is in fact a bit less handwriting practice per page and so improving handwriting will take a bit longer, but this works for us - as my son hated working with the other exercise books and getting him to practice was a problem, whereas he is happy to do a page from this one.

These series of books are of really high quality. If you are looking for something to help additional schooling to bolster learning on something which is becoming tricky for your child then these take the time to explain the issues and work in good straight froward steps meaning furstration free learning. They are also really useful if you are looking for home schooling support. This handwriting one has really helped my 3 year old step up her writing and penmanship
