5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and perfect
I did an online course with Carol Doak, and I was really glad that I had bought this paper. It tears off really easily but not before you want it to come off. It is really easy to use, and goes through even a laser printer, though I found I had to take it out one at a time, rather than let it pile up, to ensure its free passage out of the printer. Having said that, I've never needed more than two anyway for what I'm working on. I haven't tried it in an inkjet but that would be easier still as there is no heat in an inkjet printer. It really is the perfect paper for the job.
5.0 out of 5 stars FPP PAPER From Carol Doak
Easy to use, pattern can be printed on a printer, easy to work with and once completed the paper pulls away from stitches easily when using small stitches.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product
This is my second packet of Carol Doak’s Foundation Paper. It is ideal for purpose and works well for me. I would not hesitate to recommend to other quilters.Arrived within the timeframe stated with no problems.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great piecing paper. Easy to tear away after block is finished but isn't A4. Sized American sizing
This is a lovely thin paper making it ideal for paper piecing. It's strong enough to withstand all the folding and stitching but is easy to tear away. Only negative is that it's sized for the U.S. And not our standard A4 which means the printer settings have to be changed. A bit of a pain. Had it been A4 it would've got five stars
5.0 out of 5 stars Expensive but worth it
Everyone told me to use thin copy paper but I'm glad I splashed out. This paper removes so easily. Reduce your stitch length, then fold along the sewing line and this paper just tears away without leaving annoying little fragments that are hard to remove
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, easy to use.
Not used foundation paper before and I really like it. It is really easy to use. The only disappointment is that the size is a tad smaller than A4 so you have to be careful if trying to print off a pattern that is originally on an A4 layout. Other than that it is great. Will definitely buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Foundation paper piecing
As expected this paper is Perfect for quilting using Foundation paper piecing. Stitch length 1.4 made removal very easy
5.0 out of 5 stars great for foundations
I've made a couple of projects using this paper and love it: it's easy to print and strong enough to resist stitching and ripping a couple of times. When the job is done it tears away easily. I tried vellum too but although it is more transparent it's harder to tear away.
thin & tears easy--good paper piecing paper
Liked it--worked well in my ink jet printer and was thin and easy to sew for paper piecing. Lots of paper in the pack so you can make lots of mistakes and not run out :)
Great for paper pieceing
Works great, printing and tearing away
Excellent cuality
It very very good as foundation paper for paper piecing, but difficult if you want to transfer a pattern unless you use a printer
Funciona perfectamente y se despega muy bien
Lo compré para hacer el Quil de Dear Jane, se despega muy bien y se imprime de maravilla, solo hay que tener en cuenta que no es un formato A4, pero por lo demás muy bien.
