About this item:
★★★★★ This book is both beautifully written and illustrated. The message is very clear: everyone is valuable, no matter about ability-level, physical/mental condition or background! - Nancy
★★★★★ I bought this book as a gift for my 6-year-old niece. She is impressed! Our world is diverse and we need to explain to our children from an early age that we all are different. Society builds a lot of stereotypes, puts a lot of demands on us, which are difficult to meet. This book shows how important it is to accept not only others - but, above all, yourself. - Matthew
★★★★★ Wonderful story that teaches kids not to judge others by their differences. No matter what your color, race, financial status or interests are, there is something special about everyone. I absolutely adore this book!!! - Carol

5.0 out of 5 stars A very well written children's book.
I enjoyed this book, it is a book that all parents should read. It teaches us that we are all part of the same world. Ultimately not just saying the words " be kind " actually we all need to learn o put that into practice!
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, beautiful book!
I love this book! It is so well illustrated and has such powerful words! It is utterly beautiful and I'm so happy with my purchase to teach my daughter to be happy within herself and to know that she is just as beautiful as everyone else!
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book
Good for little kids starting to learn about differences, equality and acceptance. Will definitely get more books in this series.
5.0 out of 5 stars The book shows the importance of how we all should try and get along together
An excellent book that educates children the importance of understanding other ethnic groups and getting along together in harmony, we all share this planet so it is important we understand each other and except each other we are all different, and as she points out in her book it would be a boring place if we were all the same, I strongly recommend this little jem of a book.
5.0 out of 5 stars very fun
I really love the book is about diversity and embracing different cultures different disabilities that children may have and any sort of insecurities. The rhymes are cute and the illustrations are adorable.

Beautifully illustrated book with a great, inspirational message, which helps children be more self-confident and more inclusive.
3.0 out of 5 stars Would've been great but for one detail...
I wanted to read this before gifting it to check that it was all appropriate, and all was going well until it described people (presumably Asian people) as "yellow". Suffice to say, I won't be gifting, or even donating that - I'd not want any child to think that that was acceptable language to use.
Loved it
“Dear author, I loved this book. I love the braces and the glasses and the wheelchair boy playing with the dog and football. Thanks for showing me different things. I loved the pictures. Be kind to everyone! Practice kindness my mommy always says ! I want more of your books please. Also I have a cat. “From a happy 5 year old
