This book is beautiful, however, more to the point, the recipes and writing are both fantastic and so easy to follow. I've already made a few things having only owned the book for less than a month. Pictured here is the tarte fine which lasted all of 5 seconds - delicious and very happy lunch guests! This is, in my opinion, is how cookery books should be - about great cooking, decent recipes that you want to cook not novelty recipes that you will never do again, really appreciating the ingredients, taste and process, I feel I am learning kitchen skills and it reads like it is written from the heart, very easily explained and also very, very pretty. I can't recommend enough, YUM!

On the first “flick through” I’m just in love with this book. I have A LOT of cookery books but certainly the first half (the sweet), I want to try every single recipe. I like this book so much it’s the first time I’ve wanted to write a review!

Great book lots of lovely recipes. Just maybe needs few more photos of the end result. Quiet a few recipes didn't have them mainly in the savoury section. Love the apple tart tatin recipe.

From the classy cover, to the sumptuous photos, crystal clear instructions and innovative recipes, this book ticked all our boxes. The recipes work beautifully and we were delighted to find new pastry recipes that we had never tried before, as well as the tantalising fillings. A real treat of a book
