Easily digestible ideas and tips to help with the motherhood journey. It would make a lovely gift for a friend or yourself. The ideas are achievable and can be slotted into the chaotic life that is motherhood. It covers everything from snack ideas to posture and mood. I'm currently going through the three month hairless and it even covers that!

This is an excellent book as a gift or to purchase yourself for new mums. The tips are really helpful in covering everything that new mums will experience around their and babies' health and wellness. The tips are really good and as it is pocket-sized the day's tips are nice and short easy enough to fit into 5 mins of reading or less.
