4.0 out of 5 stars Quick and easy recipe's
Great book for quick meal ideas. Made a couple of meals already, very tasty. Don't think the pasta dishes thrown in were worth including in the book though.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great book !
I brought this for my Kindle at the bargain price of 77p, can not believe what a bargain price it was and would have happily paid a lot more. Loads of great and simple recipes to try with everyday inexpensive ingredients. Would highly recommend it especially the section on chicken. A great read.
5.0 out of 5 stars It's easy to make quick flavoursome food from this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for beginners.
This book is full of really simple and tasty Indian recipes. Heathy and quick with easily accessible ingredients.
3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of recipes, but not quite what I was expecting…
A good selection of Indian food recipes, but a few that I wouldn’t class as Indian too. Not a bad thing, just not what I was expecting. I’m still hoping to make many of the tasty looking dishes listed.
So, so good!
Heard about the Mowgli restaurants, somewhere online. Was in the UK this summer and dinned at her Edinburgh restaurant. The food just blew my mind. Put this cookbook in my cart and couldn't wait to try once back States side.Tried 3 recipes so far and they are all spot on, delicious. Some take a little bit more time than 30 minutes, but worth the wait.I toned down some of the spices because I couldn't find all of them easily and because my family is not accustomed (yet) to Indian food.
Delicious and as advertised
This was a gift from my husband, I love it. I’m a cookbook collector and I’ve used this one every week for our evening weeknight suppers. I’ve taken a photo from the cookbook of a few of the recipes we’ve tried.Nisha Katona really has simplified Indian cuisine for a 30-40 minute meal, ingredients are easy to find, minimal dishes.I cook for my three children as well and they’ve enjoyed the food. If you love Indian food, and you like something quick (and healthy!), this cookbook is for you. Enjoy :)
Mowgli Restaurant Food quick
Bought this while in a Mowgli restaurant in Knutsford great food in there and in the recipes in this book!
Improvised and Brilliant
I managed lamb koftas, a mixture of recipes from pages 74&86, improvised the paneer dish and added some spinach and improvised a dish of potaotes with sweetcorn & cinammon.. book is good gives u a head start in what needs to added to the dishes and the rest u improvise..it works 30 mins well i would say 45 mins but almost all Nishas recipes are brilliant. I just always need the ideas and work on them with what i have in my cupboard. I learnt the paneer for example can be also cut in thick strips and fried.. better than cut cubes! Nishas recipes are down to earth and taste delicious. Just make sure u have all basic ingredients on hand.
