Full of great meals.
5.0 out of 5 stars excellent
If you're looking for a cookbook which doesn't concentrate on jus / foams / soil / twirls / hours of prep - this is it! Great book for using traditional ingredients, including game, and making tasty meals. Highly recommend if you want to steer away from recipes which concentrate on looks and faffing about for hours on end.
