I just received my book order of “Mary, Mother of Jesus” by Arabella Penrose.I am now a grandmother. I wish I would have had a book like this to read to my children when they were growing up. I caught myself reading each page over and over as the Word conveyed in rhyme was so enjoyable. The illustrations are captivating, bringing the story to life.I love the discussion pages with the memory verses. So helpful to have a “study” with small children.Proverbs 22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

This is a lovely children's book - and I love the dedication page you can fill out to commemorate a special occasion. It's full of beautiful vivid illustrations and even has a page of discussion questions - good for Sunday school. The pages references specific bible verses, making it a great to story for further discussion.

I read the Kindle version & loved how the pages flowed, telling the story of Mary & Jesus in a fresh & simple, yet profound way. It's publication is perfectly timed for this Christmas season, but timeless with it's inspiring message of salvation.

Beautiful and simplicity of who Mary is and her son, Jesus Christ. This book captivates the minds of children. Beautiful story! Love the memory verses Darby loved it. The pictures excited her to see what was on the next page and she loves the bright colors and loves to color. She gives it top rating she said! She was drawn in to Mary being pregnant with Jesus, she said our Savior of the world. I said yes indeed.
