Mein Kampf is the angry diatribe of history’s most notorious anti-Semite, Adolph Hitler. Sorry I only read the "conclusion" of Mein Kampf, but from the comments i've read on here, Hitler was only interested in stirring emotions, like all the speeches he gave, there were never any real details or political agendas, only rhetoric , emphatic, repetitive exclamations regarding his country, his struggle. I sometimes watched him give these speeches on the history channel and sometimes with English subtitles....and he never really said anything constructive, it was all emotional, lofty and patriotic...for the "Fatherland"...how the book ever became a best seller, and kind of lead him down the path of ruling a nation.... I really find it hard to take in...but yes it happened, regretfully!

A very in depth look at propaganda
Sehr ausführlich und für jeden Geschichtsinteressierten zu empfehlen.
Ich habe lange darauf gewartet, dass diese kommentierte Ausgabe von "Mein Kampf" erscheint. In Zeiten von AFD, Populismus, Identitäre und Co. sind diese zwei Bände ein ungeheurer Schatz, wenn es darum geht, Rechtsradikalen "das Maul zu stopfen" (mit den Worten von M. Luther).Vorweg zur äußeren Erscheinung: der Preis klingt erstmal recht hoch, doch wenn man bedenkt, dass man zwei große Wälzer mit allen Erklärungen und "Mein Kampf" ungekürzt erhält, ist das fast ein Schnäpchen zu nennen (andere Werke in diesem Umfang kosten i.R. das vierfache).Man darf sich von der ersten Erscheinung nicht schrecken lassen. Schon nach den ersten Seiten fällt auf: hier haben sich Wissenschaftler unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben Hitlers Grundsatzprogramm übersichtlich darzustellen. Denn der Text selbst, nebst den Erklärungen, wurde mit reichlich Platz versehen. So bleibt diese Fassung, trotz ihres Umfangreichen Inhalts, übersichtlich und strengt beim lesen nicht an. (Grauenhaft sind dagegen die Bücher, bei denen alles dicht gedrängt wurde um das Buch "klein" zu halten - am Ende verutscht man doch nur beim lesen der Zeilen und das nervt).Über den Inhalt brauche ich nicht viel zu sagen, denn er ist selbsterklärend. Mich freut es aber immer wieder die erstaunten Gesichter zu sehen, wenn ich zu Holocaustleugnern, Geschichtsrevisionisten und anderen Kräften aus dem braunen Sumpf sagen kann - "Labere net, ich hab mein Kampf im Regal - wenn das der Föhrer wüsste, was du da erzählst :D!".Mein Prädikat: wertvoll!

Sono due volumi di crca 3000 pagine in totale.Non è un libro da leggere come un romanzo; è da studiare attentamente se uno si occupa di questi argomenti per lavoro o per un hobby specifico;per chi invece è solo curioso su questi argomenti, l'opera è da sfogliare di tanto in tanto, leggendo una pagina o due di testo originale e le note critiche che gli stanno attorno (che costituiscono il principale interesse per quest'opera).Per chi ha frequentato le scuole nel passato (non so se i libri sono così anche oggi), i due libri sono realizzati più o meno come i testi dei classici (Orlando Furrioso, Divina Commedia, classici layino, ecc.) di cui metà pagina riportava il testo originale e l'altra metà note, spiegazioni e commenti).Lìopera è di elevato impegno culturale, che si può tenere in casa se si è interessati alla storia dell'ultima secolo e se si conosce abbastanza bene la lingua tedesca. Il prezzo non è elevato, direi che è tenuto basso per non limitarne la diffusione. Mancando le due condizioni è inutile averlo. pur a prezzo non eccessivo, sarebbero comunque euro buttati via; inoltre, e non scherzo, sarebbe solo un gran "peso" per la libreria (ogni volume pesa davvero molto, si fa difficoltà a maneggiarlo).Nota dell'ultimo momento: quest'opera non ha nulla a che fare con quella distrbuita dal quotidiano Il Giornale sabato 11 giugno 2016, che è semplicemente il Mein Kampf ristampa dell'edizione 1937, priva di qualsiasi nota o commento, anche se la polemica sui media, molto superficiale per altro,,l'ha definita "edizione critica", mostrando addirittura (l'ho visto in un telegiornale) immagini di questa vera edizione critica tedesca; io stesso avevo creduto che si trattasse dell'opera tradottaoovviamente in italliano, un boccone ghiotto, poi all'edicola ho visto che c'entrava come il cacio sui maccheroni.

a pesar de pedirlo en preventa, una semana antes de su publicacion, he tenido que esperar 5 meses y a la cuarta edicion, para conseguirlo. El libro perfecto, muy buena calidad y precio.

Utile pour études historiques et mémoire de thèse. En Allemand exclusivement. En revanche, l'envoi était peu soigné, réalisé directement par Bolo...
