I rearly enjoyed listening to this music it was of very high quallity.But i was dissapointed that although it was adverised as a free MP3 dowload it never came through as Kindle download or Amaazon cloud.So not very impressed with Bolos promises

Boston (The group),where at the heart of soft/melodic/aor rock - call it what you like,during the 1970's and beyond.They produced some standout power ballads and very listenable,easy on the ear rock songs.The first two tracks: Tell me and Higher power,are not that immediate and sound quite bland.excellent subject matter on the latter track though.Things improve somewhat with full length version of: More than a feeling (heard of it?) - pure classic.continuing with another full length version of hit single Dont look back,and epic tracks like; cool the engines,Foreplay/Long time,Rock & roll band - with amazing keyboard playing,and A man I'll never be.Concluding with their version of the USA national anthem: The star spangled banner/forth of July reprise - quite jingoistic or a tongue in cheek dig (perhaps) - you decide.The main archetic behind Boston: writer,co-producer and multi-instrumentalist:Tom Sholz,has to be given a special mention here for his creative geniosity,within this particular genre of rock music.Package comes complete with; full lyrics,credits,and marvellous cover art work.Sleeve notes suggesting all of Boston are lovely,kind people,are quite touching.Said genre of rock music may not be considered cool by music snob types - but let's face it,what do these blinkered,arrogant so and so's really know.Boston - more than (sic) just a 'guilty pleasure', let me tell you !NB: Amanda has the distinction of achieving a US no1,but not even a UK top 75 hit single.always had good tastes in music these Americans you know !
