WMF Turner is ideal for use in anti-stick layered pans and cookers. The handle of the fish slice is 16 cm long and its curved surface is comfortable to hold. The surface of the slice is approximate 11 cm x 7.5 cm in size.
The roasting slice or fish slice has a fixed or semi-fixed blade. It is suitable for turning, inserting and lifting meat or pancakes or crepes in the pan. The fish slice is also suitable for dividing puddings. The fish slice can also be used for breaking up baked flour or egg dishes such as omelettes or pancakes. Some fish slices have a flat blade with slits so that the fat can quickly run off then turning the food. At WMF, provide roasting slices or fish slices made of plastic and Cromargan. Caution. Fish slices made of Cromargan stainless steel must not be used in a coated pan and they could scratch the coating. It is at these points that the anti-stick property will be lost. 31 cm turner length.

Reviewed October 2021:This is the 4th one I've bought, the first from Bolo. Bought the others from department stores in Germany. They are good because they are heatproof, OK in the dishwasher and because they are all plastic, nothing to rust and don't damage the non-stick surfaces. We have 2 on the go, as one of us is a veggie, so sometimes cook separately.Downside, they are a little 'brittle', so they can break. I've broke one while washing it up by hand and pushing to hard. Wife broke one when she sandwiched it between 2 pans.Not found a better one, so would buy again in the future.

I'm on my second. The first one broke by accident inside the drawer (shutting the drawer using excessive force).Best feature is, it comes out of the dish washer super clean every time. A joy to use.

Excellent German Product
I had one, lost it, and bought this replacement. This is excellent German quality. First, it has a very high heat resistance. Many, if not most, other spatulas do not. If you are going to use it in a frying pan, that is important. Second, it is thin, which means it can pick up items very easily, and you don't have to try to push it under them. Third, it is the right size and shape for optimal kitchen use. Fourth, it is immensely durable, as my old one lasted for 7 years before I lost it. Yes, it is expensive, and I'm not sure everyone would want to pay that much. On the other hand, you won't throw it out regularly, and you shouldn't lose it. In brief, it is a quality product, and that characterizes WMF, the manufacturer.
