Excellent hot sauce. There is a nice fresh, tangy edge to it but also some depth of flavour underneath, and the heat level is just perfect: hotter than your typical hot sauce but not masochistic like the ghost pepper stuff.My recommendation: put it on some scrambled eggs

Perfect level of heat and it goes well with Mexican food. It's not really an all-round hot sauce though as it has quite a pungent taste.It doesn't have a strong floral taste like some habenero sauces and that's a bonus to me. Doesn't have a strong vinegar taste either and that's also a bonus for me.Perfect for Mexican food but for other food it has a little too much character as it's a bit pungent. Still have yet to find the perfect all around hot sauce.

Taste is fantastic. Really great addition to the hot sauce collection. Will be enjoying it often as the heat isn't really there on this one. (I am fairly into my spice though, so take that with a pinch of whatever - it's so subjective)

Piccante ma con gusto
Amo il piccante ma non ne mangio spesso. Questa salsa, per me, è molto piccante! Ma soprattutto è ben bilanciata. Ha un ottimo sapore, si sposa con cibi diversi, la piccantezza è marcata e resta in bocca ma non in quel modo punitivo di alcune altre salse. E contiene una punta di acidità che rende il gusto ancora più armonioso.Io la uso da sola o unita ad altre salse/intingoli.Penso che sia assolutamente da provare se piace il piccante
