    You can tell when your Iron levels are low - that breathlessness is in your face.Of course, if you are at that point, your best bet is to see your GP - if you can successfully get in touch with one. But in the meantime - start these.I take one with some orange juice as Vit C is known to improve your Iron uptake and you will feel better.20mg is a good dosage for topping you up without bunging you up, a must have for your personal apothecary shelf.
