A nice pair of side cutters, handles are comfortable, they will cut cable fine however they do not feel like the sharpest cutters out there, I have a pair of irwin which feel much sharper & even a pair of 160 knipex dipped handle side cutters that feel sharper then this pair.

So many wire cutters are intended just for cutting soft, copper wire. These are good for cutting things like chicken-wire and they do it cleanly and easily. Recommended.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!
If you like to work with high quality tools that feel good in the hand and perform as expected, spend a little extra and buy Knipex. I have started replacing many of my pliers for Knipex brand equivalents and couldn't be happier. My opinion they are worth the spend.
