I love this tray, though it must be said, largely because it happens to be the exact perfect dimensions for my oven and that pleases me a great deal.The tray is just incredibly solid. I've seen others remark they could use it for sledding in the snow. Absolutely you could. It gives me a large, flat area with a rim to prevent anything spilling over the side. It's perfect to bake cookies and the like on.Now I've seen many people complain about the coating peeling off. I've not experienced this but I've not put any foodstuffs in direct contact with the tray; I've always used baking paper on it. When I wash it, even if some cookie mix or fat has spilled onto the metal itself, it typically washes away with little effort. I am fairly gentle when I wash it, just a few wipes with soapy water, no dishwasher, no very abrasive material and I've had no problem with the coating sticking. I don't know if the problems other have reported are because they've mistreated the tray or perhaps they're just using it more often in harsher conditions than I. May this is an issue that presents itself for some, not for me.But I think, for baking cookies on, using baking parchment as is...normal...this tray is brilliant.

This is one of the first reviews I have ever written for a product and if I could give this baking tray 6 stars I would! Great weight, heavy duty and not cheap or flimsy. Solidly manufactured. The tray transfers the heat evenly and does not buckle, even when searing hot. If you are a serious home cook then this is the best you can buy. I am a nationally award winning chef with over 30 years experience and I've owned a couple of restaurants. Please trust me, this is the best tray for home use that I have ever bought and if they make them larger for the catering industry, then i'll buy them too. I still can't believe the price! I bought 2 other products from the same manufacturer, a loaf tin and two fluted flan rings and I have given them all the same 5 stars. They are also very cheap. Respect MasterClass!

This is an excellent sturdy and durable tray and on receipt, I was very impressed. However, I later bought the wire rack to go in it and that's when I found out all was not as it seemed. The rack naturally has folded wire feet under it and in only a few weeks the nicely curved feet had shown the tray's coating to be fragile. The coating wore away almost immediately leaving bare metal spots under each of the feet, which looks unsightly and spoils my impression of an otherwise great product. I would not buy this tray again. I would look for an uncoated stainless steel tray.

Right folks, don't be kidded by the masterclass professional 20 year guarantee and 5 years non stick guarantee. These are beautifully heavy and on initial inspection look like good quality. Don't believe what you read about these in their advertising. In one word, they are "rubbish". We've had ours for just over one month. We're already having to scrape bits of burned on food off them whilst washing (with a plastic spatula), the non stick chipped off with any contact with anything metallic (rested a cold pan on one, don't do that) and now there's a burned stain where some grease from a ham cooked solid onto it. Washing the stain meant that even more of the non stick coating came off. And they're just over a month old. I'm guessing that when the five year guarantee period comes around, they'll be a long distant memory in the rubbish bin. Do yourself a favour, don't buy these.

Funktioniert pferfekt!
Ich hatte mir zwei dieser Backbleche bestellt und jetzt nach der Plätzchenbacksaison muß ich sagen, ja super, die sind wirklich gut. Ziemlich stabil und wirklich erstaunlich schwer - ein Backblech wiegt 1 kg, brauchen nicht eingefettet zu werden und man kann sie mit einem Küchenrollentuch leicht wieder abwischen. Kekse sind gelungen!
