The tablets themselves are very small which makes them easy to swallow, though the edges are a little rough so I tend to have them with a big gulp of water. I’m taking these to help my skin so, should there be a great change, I’ll update my review. I’m very pleased with the quality; these will last me a few months at least. There’s no strange smell, and they don’t taste of anything much.*tip* don’t tip your head back to swallow them, extend your chin forward and swallow. It’s much easier!

After debating which brand to go for, solgar zinc picolinate, appears to be the best, great amount of tablets for your money, comes in brown glass. It may be too early to tell if these tablets are working but I do feel my skin has more of a glow and I'm sleeping heavier than before
