Nicely balanced in the hand and comfortable. Seems to be well built and after a quick try out it absorbs the shock well and is agile to use for trimming brick. For the price I would recommend this and I'm not sure if I would spend more on a brick hammer with the performance of this one.

This superb bit of equipment is my best gardening tool. I use it constantly both for loosening weeds between plants, and for rapidly digging my borders to a depth of about six inches, for tidying and planting. .
