This stuff is amazing and its not overly expensive either.I set up a new tank with plant substrate, sand and gravel and as a result, the water was extremely murky and cloudy with sediment. I used filter floss and Accu-clear ad within 3 hours my tank water was crystal clear.As I haven't got any fish in my tank yet I can't comment on how it affects them but hopefully it'll be ok and I'll be able to comment on that later.

Can’t have a gleaming aquarium without this stuff, been using it for ever & it doesn’t seem to affect the health or fish or plants. Works fairly quickly best added at night so nice and clear for the next day, what I will say though is that unless you’ve got adequate flow you’ll be gravel vacuuming quite a lot as what the filter doesn’t get will just fall to your substrate & decorations, apart from that highly recommended.

before using this my fish tank was so cloudy it looked like someone had poured a carton of milk into my tank you could not see anything so i bought this and i put half a cap full into my tank a couple hours ago and already my water is crystal clear! i have never ever seen my fish tank water so clear it’s amazing stuff definitely worth the money. i wasn’t so keen on putting chemicals in my fish tank but my fish are still healthy and fine so i can say it’s safe to use and wk t kill your fish 10/10

The media could not be loaded. I but this in at 10pm last came down this morning at 6 , l couldn't believe it , honestly you couldn't see anything after me cleaning the tank , OK its only 10ltr , l but about 2ml in and it is crystal clear

Used this product for the first time yesterday wish I hadn’t.Got up this morning to find nearly have my fish had died 😞 l think of myself a fairly experienced fish keeper and I know I used this product correctly. I regret not reading other reviews first.!!

Not the best product from API. I understand this product binds the particles which create cloudy water so that the filter can trap them. It it initially makes the water more cloudy for 2-3 days.
This stuff works!!!
My tank was shamefully green even after water changes, I'm not sure my fish could see past their noses- I used this and within 2 hours the water was chrystal clear. I rinsed the filter to get the major gunk off then and we've been golden since, no more green! I just have a small tank with 3 goldfish and a pleco, none of which have seemed to have any negative effects from the use of this product. It seems to last well too, I have used it twice and not had and issue since- that was a few weeks ago. Overall very pleased.
Amazing product
I was having issues with my water turning dark green. I tried several remedies and wouldn't clear. This product made my water clearer than it ever has been, the water parameters are fine and 2 weeks later the my fish are still happy and healthy.

Works great
The first 2 days after putting it in our 35 hex, it was cloudy as heck. But then we woke up to the clearest tank ever.I changed the filter, which was new when we put in the clarifier, and it was filthy! I guess it did a great job!
