Powerful blend of oils and additives that contain no solvents. Designed to increase power and fuel mileage and also lower exhaust emissions through a more complete combustion. Lucas fuel treatment is formulated for both gasoline and diesel engines, carburetted or fuel injected. It gives your fuel system what it really needs - a blend of good slick oils and additives with a high detergent action that allows the engine to operate at maximum efficiency. Also, it cleans and lubricates the carburettor and injectors and causes the fuel to burn more thoroughly for increased power and less fuel consumption. Lucas fuel treatment should definitely be used in vehicles that require leaded fuel because it actually replaces the benefits of lead in gasoline without causing harmful emissions. Use it to pass smog tests. Finally, it totally neutralizes the harmful effects of low sulphur diesel fuel. Lucas fuel treatment complies with the federal low sulphur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and non-road, locomotive and marine diesel equipment engines the recommended dosage is 60-90 ml of fuel treatment for every 38 litres of gasoline or diesel fuel. Pour Lucas fuel treatment directly into fuel tank. Exceeding the recommended dosage is not harmful to your vehicle. One 3.785 litre bottle treats 1513 litres of fuel.

The product is amazing and it does what it says on the tin however keep on mind that if you have never used a QUALITY fuel cleaner before some things may happen. I'd you've only bought cheep cleaners (that don't work) you wont know what to expect. If there is years of carbon build up this cleaner will clean it however it flushes it through the engine (nowhere else for it to go), therefore after a 50 miles or so of driving your car may have a rough idle as the ECU is figuring out what's happening, drive through it. Best thing to do is drive around 150+ miles after using the cleaner on an older vehicle (that hasn't been cleaned before) in order to flush the cleaner through the system properly. You may have a rough idle for a short while but it will subside and the car will work as smooth as anything after!

Recently added this too my diesel tank on my Skoda Octavia TDI BKD engine I'd been having a lumpy tick over at times which was intermittent.Also starting sometimes it has a rough start I'd just had a full engine service new fuel filter oil filter air filter and oil.I was still getting the rough idle anyway I orderd one of these Lucas too see if it would help thinking it may be injector soot etc.I had a decent run to do 300 mile in total so I added it too a full tank the next day I noticed car tick over was smooth also car was starting better no more rough start.Ive tried many diff brands over the years ie redex,forte,STP,Wynn's I've heard of Lucas but never spotted it in the motor factors I'd definitely buy it again.Im even going to purchase the large bottle and add a little when I refuel.

I always use this after it was recommended to me by my local autocare store along with switching from supermarket fuel to a mainstream petrol station.The difference is better than I ever could have expected.My car runs more smoothly and I definitely get more miles to the gallon.I wouldn't want to be without it.

Car used on: Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S TdciPrior to using this I had used other fuel system cleaners and they did work but improvements weren't great. Upon using this i felt very let down. My initial thoughts were "what a waste of money" literally no difference! Then..... Much to my amazement, about 50 odd miles into my journey i heard a real dirty noise. Almost like a misfire. Lasted about 2 seconds and then bang: a small cloud of black smoke and my car felt smoother immediately. I was a little concerned so i pulled over and then realised it may have been the product i had used. So i reset my MPG calculator (which read 54mpg) i also have a custom aftermarket display that shows gallons in squares and colours. Immediately i started driving after turning car off and on again and the MPG calculator kept climbing until it reached 69 mpg :oAfter another 50 odd miles the fuel gauge had hardly moved, and about another 14 odd miles later the squares that displays the gallons was minus one. Eventually the mpg calculator averaged 66 mpg. According to my calculations and the system, my average was 63 mpg. Thats an increase of almost 9mpg. I'm not promising you'll get that but thats been the case now two weeks on. After about 300 miles i still had half a tank and my car ran A LOT quieter. My tank is 40 litres and costs £52 to fill with premium diesel. This product is amazing. For me at least. Price is about £1 more expensive here on Bolo (sorry Bolo) but the fast delivery was well worth it. 5 stars all the way. Will be using this every 2 months to maintain the clean fuel system

This is the best product I have found for cleaning diesel injectors and general engine cleaning. Would definitely recommend if you notice any slight hesitation after startup or on acceleration. I have tried others but this seems to work best.

Well, what can I say ...but...WOW !!!Have read and researched all about this so called Snake oil on the internet.I USED to have a car that was about to fail the new UK MOT test spectacularly........not anymore...My view on this is nothing short of AMAZING....The smoke emission test results from January 2018 was 2.98m/LWhat ever that means, ...any way, get this....Have been to the garage today, after only THREE tanks and three doses of this wonder oil, test results of ....1.17m/LThat's more than halved the results, garage were amazed and said results were like a new car results...Not bad for a 16 year old car with 157000 miles on it, don't you think...????My advice, my engine is a diesel, its a hell of a lot quieter, it goes like it did 70000 miles ago and NO SMOKE....NONE......I have now bought the large container, more cost effective...Will work on petrol car also...BUY BUY BUY...you wont be sorry....

Noto el coche con mas empuje al acelerar, con algo mas de "alegria" como si trabajara mejor que antes, no como nuevo pero el coche ya pasa de 153000 km y no va igual de fino, mi idea es utilizar las tres botellas seguidas x cada repostaje (medio deposito) para mejorar un poco las prestaciones del motor
4 my Car only the Best!
The Product arrived a week earlier than mentioned by Bolo although it should have taken about two weeks with shipping i believe. So the "Lucas UPPER CYLINDER and Injector Cleaner" does exactly what it says in the description on the bottle. I have used this product so far in two different BMW engines: the M52B28 and the M62B46! Both engines are equipped With passive injection systems that deliver the Fuel into the intake-manifold right before the intake-valves. Both engines started to run a little smoother and quieter after about 35 to 50 km of regular driving. The engine response was a Lot quicker and in Terms of fuel economy in both Cars ist saved ne about 0,5 liters on 100Kilometers. Next time before i even think about replacing Injectors or Something Else in the fuel line (exept any sort of Filters of course) i'll try a bottle of Lucas and see what that helps. All in all i am very Happy that i found this product and that i can get it here on Bolo from time to time! Thank you for taking the time to read this reply, I Hope it helps!

Best oil additive
I came across this product on YouTube from Auto edits. I liked what I had seen, so I bought this bottle to try. Well then I bought 3 1l bottles, then found the 4l bottle. I was very surprised. The engine revs from park stay the same when at idle then sliding into drive. It has more perk and even got more km in my last hwy drive. I'm very happy with product and highly recommend it.
