    Ordered this because it seemed a particularly good deal at £2.00. The item description - the small print, states 10 items. A previous reviewer received 10. The rrp is £44, which suggests it applies to the 10 (it would be exorbitant otherwise!) And 2 pencils are pictured.So not unreasonably I expected 10, or at least the two pictured, which would be acceptable value.In the event I received only one pencil. When I complained, they apologized, said the listing was incorrect, and arranged an immediate refund, and told I could keep the pencil. Kudos..., and no complaints. I hadn't intended a review, because it seemed unfair given the good service, and the good outcome.However, some 2 months later the listing remains unchanged. That doesnt seem acceptable. If it is incorrect it should be changed. If only one pencil is intended, it doesn't represent especially good value. That said its a nice good quality pencil.So, rather than being scathing, a 3 star review. OK value, a good pencil, and a misleading listing, not the good deal that I was led to believeAddendum: I now note the price has gone up to £7.25. As stated, my purchase and review was at £2.00, and

    These are a bargain, well made and work just as they should. The biggest surprise was that I got a box of 10 pencils rather than the two in the picture. The only downside are the pencils are not automatic as described but manual, maybe mine are alternatives but this is ok by me, also the leads claim to be medium but mine seem to be harder perhaps a 2H rather than a HB.

    The last delivery disappeared from my doorstep - found these pushed half way through the letter box so should - I suppose - be grateful they arrived.Product seems excellent - works as a mechanical pencil should !!
