My friend has afro hair and said it is a godsend for her and her young daughter. I borrowed her brush when we were away. My hair is typical for a white female, though it can get luggy. I absolutely loved this brush it made my hair look sleeker and feel soft. I bought one for myself thinking maybe it was just because I had washed my hair it looked so well after brushing.Well since I got my own I can tell you that my hair can need washing and look like a birds nest in the morning, after using this brush it tames my hair like no other brush. It makes up doos easy and sleek. My hair does feel softer after using it. I have had it 2weeks now and I am obsessed. It makes brushing my hair so much easier, less snagging.

I have quite fine hair and so I find the plastic bristles can leave me with red scratches around the scalp if I press down enough to run the boar bristles through my hair. I expect it’d be great for thicker hair though. Still a nicely made brush that feels good in hand.

My partner has east Asian waist-length hair. She found her hair to be quite dry and frizz at the ends. She has used hair masks & oil regularly yet it hadn't been able to solve the problem. She had bought a 100% boar bristle brush but it was hard work to use even when brushing in small sections. The mix of nylon bristles helps to brush to penetrate to the scalp. First use can be quite harsh to the scalp as the nylon bristles doesn't have the protective bubble you normally find in typical hair brush, but it didn't take long before her scalp become used to them -- also the lack of those bubbles makes cleaning brush easier. After a week of using the brush twice a day, her hair appears to be more smoother, fewer hair shedding and solved the frizz ends without additional change to her hair care/products.Tips of using the brush:1. Use the brush on dry hair -- don't use it for blow drying.2. Use detangle brush through before using the boar bristle brush.3. Section hair if one has long hair and brush underside as well as top down -- scalp to ends SLOWLY (or it will create excessive statics) then run the free hand through the section to smooth out statics.4. Use a comb to remove shed hairs & lint on brush after each use.5. Wash the brush once a week with baby shampoo to remove build up of natural sebum/hair product.

I have been using this for a few years. I think it is great for any type of hair.This summer, while visiting my parents, by chance, they tried it and loved it. They said they have been looking for this type of brush for ages. Who knew..Very soft and smooth on your scalp. Great for both wet and dry hair.I don't think I appreciated that much myself until they pointed it out 😂Of course, I purchased one for them.Not cheap but good value for money.Totally recommended.

Auf Anraten meiner Frisörin habe ich mir diese Bürste geholt...habe lange blondierte dünne Haare sprich vieeeel Pflege und da kam dieses Teil an....was soll ich sagen sie entwirrt gaaanz sanft meine Haare und gibt auch schönen Glanz...reine Kaufempfehlung 🤗

Da tempo cercavo una spazzola con setole morbide, non necessariamente naturali, ma tipo quelle per sfregare la testa ai neonati - ma con proprietà districanti, ecco. In città però le uniche reperibili erano a prezzi un po' ehm..eccessivi. 25/30 euro per una spazzola anonima in un negozio di catena? Via via!Possiedo già una spazzola Denman, la Headhugger più grande (ma grande seriamente, è lunga e larga come l'avanbraccio di un bambino di 8 anni, un oggetto che fa una piega formidabile e sfregia i ladri se ti entrano in casa) con la quale, dopo iniziali lotte, sto convivendo in armoniosa amicizia. Uso regolarmente una Tangle teezer classica ma volevo qualcosa che avesse quella proprietà di distribuire il 'grasso' dei capelli al resto della chioma - perlomeno, è quello che si dice di questa tipologia di spazzola.Questo è il modello D81M. Sul sito di Denman c'è un genio della lampada che tramite domande mirate ti suggerisce la spazzola migliore per te e a me è uscita questa.La spazzola arriva in una bella confezione di carta con il fronte di plastica con un buco al centro tramite il quale toccare le setole. Queste sono contraddistinte da un setolone più alto in nylon al centro di ciascun blocchetto di setole di cinghiale. Non mi è chiara la funzione del setolone ma neanche ci sto a pensare. Dentro la scatola c'è anche un piccolo catalogo dell'offerta del brand. La spazzola in sé è molto vintage, ricorda un po' un parrucchiere di quelli vecchi nei paesini, ma è di indubbia qualità e resistenza. E' di plastica buona su cui non rimangono impronte delle dita. La parte pneumatica, anche se non è molto pneumatica, è di tessuto rosso ed è facilissima da pulire grazie alle setole super flessibili, per cui si passa un dito sul bordo ed escono i capelli caduti. Ah, sebbene abbia molti problemi di caduta di capelli, questa spazzola si limita davvero a togliere solo quelli già spezzati e e fa un bellissimo lavoro, sciogliendo velocemente i nodi (non quanto la TT ma può andare) e soprattutto, la cosa della distribuzione del grasso è vera! Se prima dovevo lavare i capelli ogni 2 giorni, ora posso arrivare a 3 senza preoccupazioni. Le punte ringraziano.Sebbene io l'abbia pagata solo 6 euro e qualcosa in promo, la ricomprerei a prezzo pieno (sui 20 euro). Consigliatissima!
