    It is exactly like the picture and the steam output was amazing, the size was compact however the product was a bit flimsy the steamer holds a lot of water and is easy to refill, the steamer was light and was easy to store as it had wheels.

    If you hate ironing(like me ) this is perfect for you ! This has made ironing so easy for me, the only complaint I have is it sometimes sprays hot water on the clothes while ironing.

    I do not recommend this fabric steamer. It is awkward to use, flimsy and unstable. Virtually impossible to use the hanger on the pole, it is not fit for purpose. The hose is very inflexible and the entire unit topples over spilling water everywhere. Water just leaks out of the bottom, leaving puddles on the floor. The most bizarre thing about this steamer is that the water collects in the unit after use and it needs to be emptied through the opening positioned at the bottom of the unit. In order to do that, one has to pick up the entire thing and unscrew the screw-cap at the bottom to let the water out - imagine having to do that to a relatively heavy appliance whilst negotiating the pole with a hanger on top. To add insult to injury, the steaming quality is poor as the thing releases steam unevenly (at least my machine does). You cannot pause the flow of steam unless you switch the unit off. Awkward to use and a waste of money - more trouble than it is worth.

    Ordered this to steam my daughter-in-law's wedding dress, which had been in storage for 3 years due to covid lockdown cancelled the wedding. Did the job perfectly, just make sure you use de-ironised water in the tank to avoid water marks and look after the steamer to prevent limescale. Also did my satin dress and suits and shirts. Also perfect for curtains etc... Only down side could do with a handle to carry the whole unit, as the only handle is for the water tank only. Could also do with a bit longer hose if doing curtains in situ. On the whole very pleased

    dont like the hose as it loses steam when you have to do a hip to floor steam ,due to it bending. THis hose prefers to be horizontal which gives better results and more steam from your hip to the top of hose . As the water container is frosted plastic the only way you know you need more water when steaming, is when your using but the creases in my clothing are not flattening out.Please use filtered water if you live in a hard water area , otherwise you may find the element becomes coated with water scale and the steamer wont work properly or maybe at all, just sayin

    A brilliant tool for pressing laundry. This is the first time I have ever used one of these clothes steamers. Pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. The water tank does as it says, offering a full 50 minutes of clothes steaming time. The clothes are a tiny bit moist so allowing them to dry fully has to be considered. I think this was mentioned in the instructions leaflet. The leaflet could have been done with clearer pictures in close view to parts and installation. It's description, rather than black and white, colour pictures would be more informative. Before actually purchasing the item, I noticed that near the item there was a downloadable pdf with a clearer display manual, which I found more useful. I really think the steamer produces a nice finish. The clothes look smooth and feel smooth. The appliance itself does not take too long to cool off. I let it cool completely before filling the tank again and continued with more steaming. I am pleased with the purchase.

    Very good and easy to use product. BUT poor build. Bought my first one in 2020. Stopped working in 2022 so bought the same one. Stopped working today and am not going to buy it again. A product with a shelf life of 2 years is not acceptable.
