It survives moderate wind by being easy to turn back after being inverted, it is strongly built and folds into a small parcel. It is a bit fiddly to fold; you have to push on the top bit and later press in a spring loaded ball bearing. However, it is bigger than any folding umbrella that I have owned and it fits easily into my anorak pocket. You usually get what you pay for in life and this brolly, in my opinion, is worth the money.

It's lightweight, but not very sturdy. I'm not sure how long it would last, particularly in tough conditions on a long trek.The advantage is that it folds up really small and will take up hardly any space in a pack, or even a pocket.It's manual operation only, and the mechanism is not smooth or confidence-building. I would assume this is where it would fail, at some point in the future.But the price is nice, and will keep you dry or out of the sun, so 4 stars overall.

This umbrella was advertised to withstand wind. It did not. After some gusts, one of the arms broke on the first day of use.I've used other mini umbrellas in much harsher winds and they have lasted for years.Maybe I got a defect product. Or it's of very bad quality.

Compact but strong. Have used in high winds and driving rain and worked really well. When it blows out during really strong gusts of wind it returns to normal immediately. Great product, highly recommend.

Cheap, portable and useful. Fits into a pocket or a bag nicely. Won’t protect you very much in a storm as it’s not very big (it wouldn’t be so compact if it was) but will keep the rain off in a shower.

Je voulais, un parapluie petit et léger qu’il soit facilement transportable partout, déplus il est aussi utilisé pour le soleil pour ce protéger double fonction ce qui est pratique.Je l’ai utilisé avec des pluies,abondantes pour l’instant, rien à dire, je sais pas si tiendra avec le vent on verra.
Good product considering the price
I've used this umbrella on a one month trek in Croatia and was satisfied by the light weight and water repellent quality. It's seems a bit fragile but for the price it's to be expected.

Bellissimo ombrellino da borsetta! Sembra solido e ben fatto, abbastanza piccolo da poter essere portato comodamente ovunque! Soddisfatta! L'ho acquistato per uno zainetto tattico da portare in montagna in alternativa alla mantella (che mi porto dietro comunque), ci sta benissimo senza occupare molto spazio. Consigliato!
schreckliche Qualität
Der Regenschirm wurde letztes Jahr gekauft. Aber ich hatte das Glück, es erst heute zu benutzen.) Was soll ich sagen? nach ein paar kleinen Windböen war Schluss! Ich bin schockiert über die Qualität. Das ist ein zu hoher Preis für einen Einwegschirm! ein ähnliches Exemplar gibt es für 2 statt 20 Euro! Natürlich ist die Rückgabezeit bereits abgelaufen und ich habe einfach Geld weggeworfen!
