    These are great for my bakingThere is a pefcet amount of beans to fit in my size 21 flan dish and you can keep them stored in the container they come inThe weight is just right, light and easy to use but heavy enough to keep my pastry in place

    These baking “beans” are made in Germany, are of uniform size, and do not have any odor (as do some from China). The beans wash well by soaking in hot, soapy water and air drying. The quantity received is sufficient to properly weight a standard 9” pie crust up to the rim. I recommend these.
