I was feeling uncharacteristically lethargic, possibly a result of the Coronavirus lockdown.Since taking the Solar vitamin B supplement I have felt more energetic and alert. Not spectacularly so, but definitely an improvement.I do not know whether this is a placebo effect or a genuine benefit, but it is well worth the money to get the result.
