I tested this Price & Kensington White 6cup Teapot Here's what I found...Pros ✅ it is the classic British teapot shape. Mine pours mostly well, with just a few drips from the spout - hence my 4 star rating. It is good for 4 cups/3 mugs of tea and keeps it warm for 30 minutes with a tea cozy.I got the steel filter for leaf tea (cost is just under £10) - and the fit is good in that the lid stays on with the filter in position.Packing was effective - it came as a huge box filled with bubble wrap and was in perfect condition.Cons ❌ I like leaf tea - so it was frustrating that I had to buy the ststeelill filter part as a second item. I get it that some prefer teabags - but please do give us the option to save on 2 lots of postage buy buying the combination up front.OVERALL - I like this - and would be happy to get it again. Delivery was within 3 days.If this fails inside 2 years I will be back to update my review.

I needed to replace a classic, simple, white china teapot and this looked right on the screen. It arrived astonishingly well packed within a couple of days. It is strong, easy to handle, well balanced and it pours well - not many china teapots do! The price was very affordable when funds are so tight - and it looks good. Thank you.

Chipped lid looks like seconds as not fully glazed, lid is very loose fitting may be dangerous to use once full of hot tea could easily slope out.

It's a teapot. It does teapotty things very well. If you are careful then it only drips a tiny amount - literally 2-3 drops so it is easily manageable. If you pour too fast it will go everywhere but that's just teapots for you.The lid does slide around a bit - it is not a tight fit. But this also makes it really easy and un-fiddly to remove. If you are being careful to avoid drips, you will have a hand free to stabilize the lid anyway. Again, very teapot-like.Capacity is 3-4 normal-sized mugs. Who uses teacups anymore? If you fill it to the brim it will be difficult to pour without spilling though.In conclusion; a very teapotty teapot. Recommended.

My husband put this particular teapot on his Christmas wish list and I was pleased when it arrived in good time. The first struggle was with the box, which I had almost to destroy in order to open it with no tear strips or discernible corners to pull. The teapot itself was so well covered in a very long length of thick bubble wrap that I never bothered to check it before gift-wrapping it. When my husband unwrapped it on Christmas Day he was chuffed because, having to hydrate frequently, he now prefers to make a pot of tea rather than mug after mug, and he made the first potful that evening. The first disappointment came when he poured the first cup - the spout is so chunky and rounded that it inevitably dribbles, but 'dribble' is quite an understatement for how the tea gushes out. To describe it as a "6-cup teapot" is also not so much stretching the truth as pulling the elastic until it snaps. The worst aspect of this teapot is the lid: it's as though it was pulled in from a smaller teapot, because it does not fit. It has the customary lip - actually TWO lips, with one gap where the lip on a teapot traditionally inserts, then twists away to secure it in place... but there's no way of securing this lid, because any which way it's placed, it can be lifted straight up. I have no idea what the answer is, I think there might be a kind of 'spout extension' that could solve the dribbling problem, but there's no easy solution to stop the lid from rattling or falling out/off when pouring the tea, other than the manufacturer sending out slightly larger lids (free of charge, of course!)... although you would be able to knock me down with a feather if that ever happens. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering it, then I might have scouted around a bit more for a bigger one that didn't dribble and had a lid that fitted!

I bought this teapot as a replacement for a smaller one we had.It’s capacity is 6 cups which equates to 4 mugs.The teapot itself is well made, glazed, and sturdy, the lid, however, does not fit well, it is loose and moves around while you are pouring.The spout pours well.When it was first delivered, I thought it had been broken in transit as there was a clanking sound from inside. The lid itself had not been wrapped separately and as it is such a loose fit, was sliding around on the top of the teapot.So far, the lid has not fallen off the pot whilst pouring.It is easy to wash by hand or the dishwasher.It is apparently microwave safe, but I have not tested this or think I will need to.
La mejor Tetera
Entiendo que elegir una tetera, té, cafetera, café...es bastante subjetivo. Suelo tomar siempre el mismo té, Tetley en bolsitas y probé con una tetera que por una parte la cerámica es más fina y la capacidad es de 1500 ml y no conseguía el punto de gusto entre color y sabor del té. Esta tetera tiene un material que es una cerámica más gruesa y por dentro se va quedando el sabor del té a medida que la usas. Tiene una capacidad de 1100 ml y con tres bolsitas de Tetley está perfecto. Es consistente y al mismo tiempo se coge bien con una mano cuando está llena. El asa es muy cómoda. Es la segunda vez que compro esta marca, la anterior es la Rockingham y me parece la mejor tetera del mundo.

It's a teapot, so there's not much to say. The finish is pretty. It pours without dribbling. My wife loves brown betty teapots, and this one's a nice variation on that that goes with our white dishes and mugs.

Sehr stabile zeitlose Teekanne
Diese Keramikteekanne passt in jeden Haushalt. Tülle und Henkel sind sehr funktional. Der Kannendeckel sitzt perfekt fest - kann also nicht plötzlich beim Giessen in die Tasse fallen. Die Teekanne in Britishem Design ist für den täglichen Gebrauch (6 Tassen) sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings ist die stabile Keramik relativ schwer - eben kein feines Porzellan. Die Ware wurde sehr schnell und stoßsicher verpackt geliefert. Preis-Leistung angemessen.
