I was after an antiperspirant that I could get through airport security without it being confiscated as a potential lethal weapon. I should have looked a little closer, because this is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. This finally came home to me yesterday, as I wondered why my armpits were dripping with sweat.For me, the scent is a bit "cheap", and certainly not as sophisticated as I would expect for the price. I began using deodorant around 1960 when spray-on products were the rage, soon to be followed by roll-ons. Then came stick deodorants and the others largely disappeared. I have tried round sticks and flat oval sticks, and have found round sticks to be the best. One of the nicest features of this product is its muted scent, a welcome contrast to some that are so bad that they advertise your presence. Its odor control is very effective. I thought it a bit pricey, but when the first stick lasted from late August to early May (using once per day) I quit worrying about the price. Having tried countless products over the past few decades, I can honestly say that this is the best I have ever used.

Very nice smell
I was looking for the Davidoff coolwater products other than the EDT until I stumble browsing this great product. With the reviews on the negative and positive side, I still try to purchase just to try and believe it myself. You have to take a good shower and clean your pits, towel dry and use it liberally and you will smell really good there. The smell is exactly the same as the perfume and I sometimes use this on my skin (pulse area where we apply perfumes) then spray with the perfume and the smell will last longer. I ordered more when the prices dropped.
