MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce captures the rich, velvety and luxurious notes of dark chocolate. Chocolates origins are traceable back to 1900BC. Evidence exists if a chocolate beverage being produced in central America. The Mayans and Aztecs held chocolate in exceptionally high regard in their cultures. MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce adds an indulgent touch to many varied beverages from coffees, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, low fat cocoa powder (11%), cocoa mass, acid: E334, natural flavouring, emulsifier : E471, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt. Chocolate content : 20%.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe

I’ve been using this for the last few months to make an iced mocha in the morning to take to work (far cheaper than buying one from any named establishment). It does feel pricey by itself, but when you average the cost over the number of drinks produced, seems like good value for money.Easy to squeeze out, but frustrating when you get to the end of the bottle that you can never seem to get it all out.Will continue to buy.

Super schneller Versand. Ich war schon ganz gespannt auf Konsistenz und Geschmack. Die Flasche lässt sich leicht nutzen und auf den Kopf gestellt aufbewahren. Die Soße kommt auf leichten Druck exakt portioniert heraus.Die Konsistent ist perfekt (nicht zu flüssig nicht zu fest) und der Geschmack super schokoladig, leicht herb und nicht zu süß.Perfekt zu selbst gemachten Waffeln mit Banane, Vanilleeis, Sahne und als Highlight oben drauf eine gute Portion "Dicke Sauce von Monin mit dunkler Schokolade". Einfach lecker.Auch der Preis ist absolut Okay. Gerne wieder.

I love this dark chocolate sauce. Goes well with coffee, pastries, fruits etc. It's not too sweet and the taste is full vs artificial. The good reviews are true!
