Although this product is designed for babies it is also very effective on adult skin. My bald head of sixtyyears plus is beginning to show the ravages of time and the skin is dry and can be flaky. A daily application of 'Aquaphor' solves the problem.

This is basically Vaseline (petrolatum) mixed with a few inactive ingredients. The result is exactly the same - occlusive moisturization. Don't buy this buy plain Vaseline!

Better than the aquaphor diaper rash cream
This ointment is a must have for babies. I’ve used it on my son since birth. He’s now 10 months and it’s still a staple. Newborns tend to scratch themselves and find their way out of the mittens. This ointment took care of any of the scratches on my son’s face. It also works much better in relieving redness from the diaper rash than the actual Aquaphor cream that is made specifically for diaper rash.
