I have been suffering with Trigeminal Neuralgia (also known as Suicide Disease 😖) for a month. I went to A&E and was given some strong meds that brought on side effects that made them not worth taking.I read that Magnesium can improve or even cure the condition (along with Folate), I have been taking the Magnesium alone for a week and have seen a massive improvement. I will be taking the Folate with it now to hopefully be completely cured.I was referred to a Neurologist through NHS as an emergency referral, but haven’t heard from them yet, which is very disappointing considering the severity of the pain.I would highly recommend this quality product.

I take three in the morning, and aches and pains virtually gone. When its time for bed, I'm noticing that I'm feeling sleepy an hour or so earlier than I normally do, so I'm getting an hour more sleep most nights.

I feel like a different person since taking these tablets. For years I have been taking cheap Magnesium supplements from supermarkets with very little effect. These are a revelation. I have much more energy, I feel more positive, and am really enjoying life so much more.

My favorite type of magnesium supplement for good sleep
I've been taking magnesium capsules before bedtime for years at the recommendation of my doctor. After nearly 10 years of insomnia and regular Ambien use, the combination of magnesium to induce sleepiness and one Holy Basil capsule to "relax my mind" have put insomnia as a thing of the past for me.I switched to this Citramate version by Thorne Research over a year ago after reading about the benefits. The citrate-malate salt of magnesium is supposed to make the magnesium more easily absorbed by the body. Besides helping me to get sleepy, this Magnesium Citramate also is an important mineral for health. Magnesium aids in maintaining strong bones and teeth and is necessary for healthy nerve and muscle function as well as sustaining a regular heart rate.Unlike the various "start-up" companies currently selling supplements of all types, I feel much more comfortable taking this magnesium supplement which is made by a highly reputable company that has been in the business for decades.Each capsule contains 135mg of Magnesium Citrate-Malate and the bottle labeling recommends 1-3 capsules daily (I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before bedtime).The only issue I have with this product (and the reason I subtracted 1 star) is that there's sometimes a fair amount of the powder loose in the bottle which seems to indicate that a few of the capsules are cracking or have leaks.

I have terrible anxiety and high blood pressure and my Doctor recommended Magnesium Citramate. He said this product is medical grade and to be careful of others out there and to be careful of what kind of Magnesium you are taking. I highly recommend this one. It helps me.
This is the best magnesium product I have found
This is the best magnesium product I have found. Thorne's Magnesium Citrate is a good product too. Magnesium Oxide products did nothing for me. Over the years I tried other brands Citrate/Citramate products at higher and lower prices and nothing worked as well. This product has helped reduce my Fibromyalgia muscle pain (your results may vary) for over 10 years.
