I bought these mainly for an Orange colour which my Senneliers did not have to my liking and for additional colours. They are not as smooth and creamy as Sennelier, however they are much cheaper. The Orange met with my approval. If one is new to oil pastels I would suggest buying a small set of both Sennellier and Faber Castell to experience the difference. I much prefer Sennellier, but we are all different. I mainly use oil pastel for painting plain air, I always get good results and can work quickly with them. I find oil pastel the best medium for using outdoors. I am happy with this purchase.

The oil pastels are okay a beginner or student. I wouldn't recommend for professional use. The colours are vivid, easy to work with and blend okay. The pastels tends to leave flakes behind after application but I just tapped it off paper. They are not smooth and creamy like other brands but for the price and availability they're good.

I have been using these oil pastels for a year as an art student. I am yet to run out of any of them and use them a lot. Affordable and good quality- highly recommend.

I love my oil pastels, they work well on most papers, they blend well, you need to use elbow grease to to do it, but there's nothing wrong with that. They are great thickness for working with.

Dos que testei e conheço, classifico o giz pastel oleoso da Faber-Castell como um dos melhores disponíveis no Brasil da linha estudante. Os gizes são bastante macios, contém uma quantidade aparentemente muito boa de óleo na composição, sendo mais macios por exemplo que os gizes da Pentel, Giotto e da Reeves. As cores são bem pigmentadas e vibrantes. Os tons quentes aparentam ser mais pigmentados que os azuis e os verdes frios. O pastel adere facilmente ao papel, no entanto há dificuldade de gerar uma sobreposição de camadas. Se o produto não está seco, ele não permite a sobreposição, já quando seco a segunda camada adere, mas de forma mediana, então recomendasse cautela a trabalhar com esta ideia. Há uma falha na cartilha que acompanha o produto, na mesma exista uma tabela em que são marcados que cores estão presentes nas caixas de 12/24/36 cores, e linha das 12 cores está apenas com 11 das 12 cores, sendo que a cor que falta na tabela da caixa de 12 cores é uma variação de azul denominada "helioblue," mas como ela mesma, a tabela, não é o produto, isso não impacta na qualidade do giz. O custo é de fato um pouco elevado se comparado a outras marcas mais acessíveis, como Pentel, Reeves, Giotto e Staedtler, porém se justifica na qualidade, ainda que não seja um produto de linha profissional. A única parte em que o produto deixa a desejar é na variedade de cores, os tons de azul, amarelo, verde e vermelho estão bem presentes, mas os tons terrosos, cinzentos e pasteis são poucos, uma vez que a maior caixa da linha contém apenas 36 cores diferentes. Minha maior crítica, no entanto, não se refere ao material e sim à entrega. A transportadora responsável pela entrega, de nome Total Express, atrasou minha entrega quando realizei a compra deste material, e hoje, quando comprei a caixa de 24 cores, atrasou novamente a entrega. 1 vez acontece com qualquer um, 2 vezes se torna marca de incompetência da empresa em cumprir prazos estabelecidos, infelizmente eu, como membro Prime, não faço a escolha da transportadora, isto fica a carga da Bolo, então é triste que sejamos submetidos a um serviço de qualidade inferior que constantemente falha em seu objetivo, e é ainda mais frustrante saber que pagamos por isso.

S'étale très bien et s'estompent également très bien, jolies couleurs, peuvent se mélanger avec les doigts ou coton avec du lait démaquillant. Ne s'usent pas vite. Conforme à la description. Livraison rapide et soigné. Aucune casse. J'adore. Je recommande vivement. Bon rapport qualité prix.
