5.0 out of 5 stars love it
a very cheap brand, tool is cheaply made but it works! it works well I have used mine over 20 times, no issues or failures. for the price it's spot on and really does the draper brand a good deed
4.0 out of 5 stars Made an awkward and difficult job easy.
I needed to remove the trap on a handbasin and it was impossible to get my hand to it and also grip and turn it at the same time. As it was much the same shape as an oil filter I bought these and hoped they would work. Once I had worked out how they work it was easy to slip it over the trap and loosen it, even though it was a very awkward space. Saved me loads of time, grunting, swearing, knuckle bashing, etc. Very glad I bought it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for gripping mono-block taps
I needed to get the tops of some mono=block taps without scratching the chrome. The grippers are a bit fiddly to get the rubber into the handles, but once you have found the technique for that they work really well. Not sure exactly how they'd survive a really tight wrench as the handles are plastic - but they do take a good pressure.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not the best and neither the worst
I would say is an average. In some cases it came really handy but when the filter is over tight, it becomes quiet hard to use it as the rubber keeps coming out of the handle and in tight spaces you cannot hold it in both places. Quality wise I would say is decent but the handle design should be changed for it not to come out as easy.As stated, if you’ve got plenty of space - happy days. If is a tight area - good luck as it will keep coming out of the handle and slip as you cannot tight it enough
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked fine on a fuel filter
Took a fuel filter off my car with it no problem at all.
5.0 out of 5 stars handy tools
Used the larger one to undo the body of a thermostatic chrome shower valve ( impossible to do by hand). Very easy and no marks whatsoever on the chrome. Well made, robust and easy to adjust - well worth the money for all sorts of jobs - even undoing jam jar tops
4.0 out of 5 stars Good strap wrench
I ordered this pack of 2x strap wrenches primarily to undo cooker bulb lens that would not undo for love or money!I did strugge with the smaller size of the two though because I found it kept slipping around the bulb lens, however the bigger one worked first time and gripped no problem.A great product in my opinion for gripping items with force and not marking them, and being Draper you are gettin decent quality.
5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant for loosening stuck keyless chuck on drill
I had ended up with two useless drills as both chucks were stuck fast. Tried a range of tools - no success. Read about using these online so thought I would give it a try. Not optimistic when they arrived, and found them a bit fiddly as I was holding one in each hand to loosen the chuck. But on both drills, after only a couple of minutes messing to get them in correct position, two free chucks and two working drills. Highly recommended.

If you want to use this for anything other then changing oil its basically uselesss.
