The vegan vitamins provide you with a lutein supplement which is beneficial for the eye. The New Nordic Blue Berry Eyebright eye vitamin is dairy and gluten free and they are suitable vegan supplements for women and men who want to maintain their eye health, long-term. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet, and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. An hour after taking my first two Blue Berry Eyebright tablets my head started to feel clearer, it must have been muggy for so long I hadn't even realized my head was clogged till I'd had these tablets and I felt brighter in myself. The next day, after taking my second two my eyes seemed to be letting in more light and now after nearly a week on them my eyes are wider and I feel so much better in myself, my heads still clear and I feel more awake and my brain feels more active and alert, I have nothing but praise for these tablets. Normally supplements don't work on me but I still send for them anyway in the hope they will improve my life and I am usually left disappointed but not with these Eyebright tablet they are nothing short of amazing.

I took this tablets for a few days and for some reason they irritated my eyes throughout the days so I stopped using them, however I will mention I have a few allergies hence I have sore upper eye lids (that's what the optometrist told me) so maybe it was a reaction or something but that also shows they do work...just not in MY favor! Hopefully they will be a benefit to someone else.

A must for eye care!!
There was a significant improvement in my eyes after taking this product. Everyone who tested my eyes remarked on it. I will continue to order it. However, it comes from England, and takes a while to receive it. But it is worth the time and expense involved. Nothing is more precious than your eyes.

I got this product for my mother who tells me it is a good product and has helped her eyes and vision. However it took forever to deliver and thus I am giving it a 3/5 rating.
