HIGH5 Energy Drink is a light-tasting and refreshing source of carbohydrates and electrolytes. The ingredients used in this scientifically formulated drink will help you to sustain your performance and enhance your hydration during training or racing.
During endurance exercise your body needs carbohydrate for energy to help maintain your performance. You may also become dehydrated if you do not replace the water and electrolytes lost through sweat.
Research on traditional sports drinks suggests that you can only consume 60g carbohydrate per hour, however, because HIGH5 Energy Drink is a 2:1 fructose mix, you can consume substantially more carbohydrates; up to 90g per hour in fact. That means you get 50% more energy!

Been using for years and years. On the heavily discounted price I bought it at, it works out half the price of the cheapest gels. I'm not suggesting that this is a replacement in all circumstances, but it definitely does the job. It mixes reasonably well so long as you give it a good old shake. Flavours are okay and it's easy on the stomach.

Been using this powder in the concentration of 2 level scoops in 800ml of water. Full and complete mixing in cold water is not easy, takes a lot of vigorous shaking in my experience.Taste is very sweet, but palatable. Be warned that if you spill this on your hands or bike frame then it is very sticky.Over a distance of 40-50km i've felt the benefit to my energy levels from using this hydration/energy drink, prevents spinning on empty.

Had this first off at Sportive feed stations & liked it. Although works out more expensive than tablets it has a better almost sherbet like taste. Citrus is best flavour. There is an alternative added protein version as well.

It works for me. takes some getting used to for first timers (don`t go out on a 200miler for the first time on this) as it can be a little too much to stomach, or so I have been told. But have used it for years and it really works on rides over an hour. Have been through gallons of this stuff and it keeps my legs fuelled and tastes great too.

nothing wrong with this product, only gripe is my personal preference for the taste of the SIS equivalent and the HIGH5 scoop is a bit big to go in the bottle neck, sometimes spill it on the worktops.
Good, a little syrupy, mixing instructions are off
It's a decent mix, a bit of a artificial aftertaste. The instructed mixing ratio is waaaay off. It recommends 2 scoops per 500ml. It doesn't mix in and dissolve, leaving a pasty goo at the bottom of your bottle. It seems to be half that, one scoop per 500ml. It kept me well enough fueled on a recent century ride, didn't get sick of the taste or have any issues after many hours in the saddle. (I also had a couple meals and other snacks.)Side note: I didn't realize the seller was international (I'm in the US, maybe that's my fault), but they shipped via UPS, which assessed a brokerage fee to me, undeclared by the seller. Be forewarned!

Ich persönlich mag die High5 Gels nicht, wäre also nie Stoff die Idee gekommen, das Pulver zu probieren!Bei einer Bestellung von Gels uns Co war ein Probierpack des High5 Energy Drink dabei.Da ich vergessen hatte Tee zu kochen uns abkühlen zu lassen, aber etwas mit Geschmack dabei haben wollte, habe ich eben das High5 Muster getestet.Wie man sieht Harz es mich überzeugt, den jetzt habe ich mir die 2,2kg Vorratspackung zugelegt!Gut verträglich, angenehmer Geschmack, löst durch gut auf und tut (mir) gut! Am Wochenende werde ich es mitnehmen nach Salzburg zum Mozart100.

benutze es regelmäßig, egal ob bei 10km oder 21 km laufen. gute Verträglichkeit, keine Probleme und verhindert das hungerloch hinten heraus.

I did not look closely enough at the ingredients and just went by customer reviews. I see no real nutritional value in this product.
