I'm a 24 year old female who was almost hitting the 15 stone mark, I've never tried anything like this before but have been struggling with my weight for a long time now, and a friend suggested this to me to try out. I've been eating better and exercising 4 times a week for a few months now and lost just over half a stone but felt I needed a little bit of extra help to shed those extra pounds. I've been using this for about a week now and found for me 350ml of water and two scoops from the scoop provided is the ideal consistency for me, as it's thick but not too thick. I use the MyProtein MP MAX Elle Mini Shaker Bottle to mix it; adding cold water first then the powder and shake for 30 seconds to get it all mixed together with no lumps or anything. If you put the powder in first then the water it does get lumpy so definitely put the water in first. I let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge to thicken up a little more and to cool even further.The taste of the chocolate was a little funny at first but now I found that I actually really enjoy the taste, I don't dread taking it in the morning and for lunch and find it does fill me up until my next due meal. However I am not a fussy eater and can eat most things so I can see some people not enjoying the taste too much but even then I think the taste is still tolerable if you truly want to stick with this. I generally never have big portions of food for breakfast and lunch so I found these shakes do fill me up for a couple of hours with no need to snack except for maybe a few blueberries or grapes here and there. I already drink a lot of water which I think helps subdue cravings also. I don't feel dizzy or that I need to have something sugary, I feel very awake and with plenty of energy. The only side effect I've noticed is flatulence, not the best thing when you have to go places but I believe it'll pass the more I get used to drinking it and don't believe this will happen to everyone.In the week I've used this by replacing my breakfast and lunch with the shake and having a decent meal in the evening I've lost 5lbs and that's without my usual exercise routine that I was unable to do for this week. So with my routine of about 45 minutes of cardio and resistance 4 times a week no doubt I can lose even more with some help from this shake, which is exactly what I need. The price is decent, much cheaper to buy from Bolo than Holland & Barrett and with Bolo prime delivery you can get it the next day. It's not a miracle worker, I believe you definitely have to be disciplined and stick to it but it'll get easier over time. I have recently purchased my second tub, going to try the strawberry one and will likely update this after a few months to see if it truly helps in the long term.

I’ve been using this vanilla product for a while and do enjoy it as a meal replacement mainly during lunch. I like to mix it with blue berries, a banana, some hazelnuts, chia seeds and sometimes macca powder. Tastes great and I definitely feel full after drinking it.The packaging situation is silly. It comes in a container which is way too big. I tend to buy two of them at a time and then pour the second purchase into the first purchase so I just have the one container. It’s such a waste of plastic and I’m sure they’d reduce costs by reducing the size.The only real negative I’d highlight is to do with sugar content. It’s not something I’m personally focussed on as you can tell by the fruits I add to the drink. But if you are buying it on the basis that they say it’s sugar free then that’s not quite right. I ran the ingredients through AI and hopefully this description helps those who are trying to avoid sugar:Based on the list of ingredients here are the components that contain sugar or act as sweeteners:- **Maltodextrin**: A polysaccharide that is used as a food additive. This is my second Ultralean purchase and can only review positive things about this product;1. It tastes delicious. Vanilla is a great flavour to use as a base when adding your fruit, cocos powder, cinnamon or peanut butter to create new flavours. I add x2 tablespoons of oats to aid in feeling full longer.2. It keeps me full, helps curve my sugar and hunger cravings.3. It increased my energy so I don’t feel so tired and flat all day.4. After a few weeks, people started to notice the weight loss in my face and hips.I’ve replaced 2 meals a day and achieving great results so far. Will definitely continue to purchase. Very happy with my results. A personal recommendation from me to you❣️

Product works but u need to order more than one. The product lasts 6 days. U have to shake the mixture rigorously of else it leaves an annoying after taste. Shipping was 8 days when i first purchased when i made my second order it was it took 2.5 weeks to get to me. I am happy with the product. It would be nice if there were more flavours.
