The Eheim pump instruction says you must not take off the suction cups from the glass during the pump cleaning. Well it doesn`t work for me in the turtle tank. I have to take off and clean as these get cover with slimy slippery liquid and stop sticking for the glass. My naughty turtles love challenge the pump anyway and try to move it. I replace these after a while, good to have replacement. I buy most of the time from ebay as cheaper there, I bought from the Bolo only once when I was on a months Bolo prime trial. I did not renew the Bolo membership as they gave me trouble with the return with other orders. I have the same situation again. I stuck with the ebay.

The suction cups of my Eheim filter had come permanently unstuck. The filter was hanging in the water. The other Eheim filter suction cups were fine - both the same age.I finally got round to ordering these. They seem to be legit Eheim parts and although slightly bigger they fit well and do the job.Slightly awkward getting the others off but these are easy to replace.Would definitely buy again if needed.

Only sucker pads, no clips in package.Only good thing was it was only the suckers I needed so at least I got up and running....If had been complete would have given 5 stars...useless if someone was depending on getting the clips.
